Terms and Conditions:-

In the event that the client wishes to terminate this regular cleaning agreement, they will be required to provide 14 days written notice to Squeaky clean cleaners. This can be done via email. This agreement is for a minimum of 4 cleans which will all be paid for in full before cancellation of the service. 

 

The Cleaner will use their own cleaning products & equipment when performing the services unless requested otherwise. 

 

 An invoice will be emailed to the client after every clean.  This includes all payment details needed to pay via bank transfer. Payment should be made within 48 hours of every clean. Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in no further cleaning until full payment is received. Every additional 24 hours of failure of payment, an additional £5 charge will be added to the invoice. Please follow all instructions on each invoice and reference your payment correctly.

No refunds/discounts will be given after the service is provided and cleaners have left the property.

Payment will be made by:

Bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided after every clean.

Cash is not accepted.

 

Should the Client need to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment a minimum of 24-hours notice is required. Notice must be provided via text message or email. If the Client fails to give a minimum of 24 hours notice , The client must pay 100 % of the fee for the cancelled cleaning. 

Please give as much notice as possible for booked holidays if you will not be requiring the service. Unless exceptional circumstances, we will expect to come as normal while you are on holiday. If two or more services in a row are missed, a £20 retainer fee will be charged to keep your slot.

In the event the cleaner needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment as much notice as possible will be given and the cleaner will give written notice via text message.

 

In the event the cleaner/s arrives at the property and cannot enter for any reason the invoice must be paid for in full within 48 hours. Failure to pay this will result in further action and cancellation of all future services.

 

Multiple cleaners can undertake the work in the allocated time slot given. The timeslot given may be shortened/extended depending on the amount of cleaners undertaking the work. (example: 1 cleaner for 2 hours = 2 cleaners for 1 hour)

 

We politely ask that you provide a toilet brush for each toilet bowl you wished to be cleaned, as we do not provide these.

 

Squeaky clean cleaners do not work on public holidays/bank holidays/weekends unless agreed otherwise. When agreed to work, a double time charge will apply.
